How it works

You can supply your own photographs which can be sent either as an email attachment or via postal delivery services. They can be either black & white or colour but they must be sharp and in focus. Please note- Higher quality photographs will produce more detailed artwork.

Email - If you are scanning an original photograph please set your scanner to 600dpi and compress the resulting file to jpeg format. If you're sending a digital image please send an exact copy of the original jpeg format camera file.

Postal service - If you want to send a photograph, I will approve it on receipt, then copy it, before sending it straight back. Please be aware that photographs of significant value or sentimental worth should be backed up or insured accordingly.

Ordering

An order form can be sent to you once we have both approved the photograph or photographs to be used. The order form will detail all of your requirements. Work can commence once you have returned the completed order form and when an advance payment of 50 percent of the total cost has been made. Normal turnaround times are 7 to 14 days. The remaining 50 percent is payable upon completion.
